The Millennial wave (1981-1996) is going to save humanity

The Millennial wave is the basic idea that over the next five to ten years, things are just going to come full circle. Because, well, Millennials graduated into one of the worst economic collapses in modern history, were advised to take out student loans without really recognizing what certain degrees would provide from an ROI perspective, and were told to pay into Social Security even though we shouldn't really expect to get any. Meanwhile, we got independent or just kind of started raising kids just in time for a global pandemic and hit peak earning years just in time for AI to make, for lack of better words, every career feel completely uncertain, all while trying to compete in a never-ending housing crisis, while innovation went from convenience to a 7 inch supercomputer like that fits in our pocket and commands our attention 24/7. And the thing that people forget is that we're like the glue to every organization, to every corporation in America. Because we relate to not just boomers, but also to all the Gen Z new hires. Because we grew up in an analogue world and can relate to boomers that way, but we also know what it's like to communicate strictly through memes, emojis and like, social media trends. Like where I'm getting at. It's always darkest before the dawn, and our time is coming.
