Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
I woke up at 7 AM to a fridge full of cookie dough so let's see how long it takes to bake all 500 from my home kitchen. I'm a little crazy when it comes to organizing my cookie business so I like to pre-plan everything including which cookie flavor to be baked and at what time. It's 7:00 AM, so we are right on time and cinnamon roll is first up this morning because as soon as they're finished, they need to cool before getting glazed. Every batch in the oven takes 13 minutes, so any spare time I have between trays going in and out, I use to decorate and get the next trays ready. A lot of people have been asking if I'm doing pop-ups in Toronto or the GTA for now. Markham/ GTA pre order every Monday @ 9pm on ig @caitscookiess. Out with weekly pre orders every Monday at nine PM in Toronto. Now I'm baking. Butter cookies. They get extra chocolate on top as soon as they come out of the oven so it melts and then I sprinkle them off with melted salt, which is honestly the best. I'm not sure when this happened, but my brown chocolate chunk cookies have been such a best seller lately. Normally all my flavors are ordered pretty evenly, but I've noticed a lot of people adding a few chocolate chunks to their boxes or even ordering a full box of them. By 12 PM, I finally have some time to start icing cookies. This is where bake day turns into full multitasking mode. I only have a few minutes between each bake. So after I roll up dough, circle cookies, transfer trays and get the next batch ready, I'll finally have time to decorate maybe five to 10 cookies before the timer is already going off again. So after a 10 hour day, I can officially say all 500 cookies are baked. Let me know what flavors you guys want to see me bake next week.
