I might be biased because my husband bought a farm, but farm stays are definitely having a moment right now. And as someone who loves travel, loves staycations, loves nice hotels, these are the UK stays that are worth knowing about. Part two. Thornfalcon in Somerset opened last summer. It has 40 acres of vines and orchards. It has a swimming lake and outdoor bathtub. Daylesford in the Cotswolds, I'm sure you've heard of it. You can actually stay, there are cottages on the estate and you get access to Bamford Wellness Bar. There's a cookery school, they do farm tours and the Fox Pub is part of the collection. You can go and eat there and they do amazing meals. Babington House in Somerset. I actually stayed there last week for my birthday. It's a countryside property. It's a beautiful Georgian manor. It's got a gorgeous spa, two heated pools, indoor and outdoor, and it has a farm-to-table restaurant. They've got a market garden where they get quite a lot of their food. It's also a members club and I'm moving to Bath and seriously considering joining. The Pig is all over the country. I have stayed in the Cornwall one, the one in Devon and the one near Bath, but I would love to go to the one in the New Forest. And they are really big on local food. They have a 25-mile menu, which means that most of the produce comes within a 25-mile radius of the house, the manor house. And every single one has a kitchen garden that you can go and walk around. We always love going and seeing what's growing and they also have spa treatments. Also Thyme in the Cotswolds. That's a 150-acre estate. They're really big on their farm-to-fork as well. It's absolutely gorgeous there. And if you're looking for a Cotswold stay that is a bit less popular than Estelle Manor, don't get me wrong, Thyme is popular, like it's not under the radar or anything, I would definitely recommend checking out Thyme. So yeah, if you haven't seen part one, go and check out my recommendations for there and I will be back with part three because I love a staycation and I have more that I need to share with you guys.
