Hook

Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
Here's everything I do to protect my mental health as a sensitive ambitious girl, very girly, very tough, but get, realize a lot to and 1 mindful with what I consume. Don't very, very watch any horror or any scary stuff. I hear topics to I, when about it's choice. I cannot take that stuff. It really focusing instead. Listening to frequency music. Listening to artists like, Aiko, very positive. 2 go started therapy with BetterHelp. This is not a sponsored post, but I am very lucky that I get to work with them and do promote them because I'm a big, big, big fan of therapy, but I only recently started doing it myself because, as I said, I always thought I'm this like chill, tough person and I don't need it, but I do need it. Because if your leg is broken, you go to a doctor. Why treat mental health any differently? 3 block social media in the morning, in the evening, sometimes during my work sessions with Opal. I love doing that because honestly, I am addicted to my phone and as a creator, I am on my phone a lot. I am on social media a lot and these apps are designed to keep you hooked. So they also keep me hooked. So I block my phone, I block my social media so that I can access it at times. 4 cry out my emotions. I actually cry a lot. And I always talk things out, whether this is when my friends, my family or in my relationship. When I feel like is energy is off, when I feel like there's something sending between me and another person, I have trained myself to be very, very honest and I try to always talk about it. And also I'm a big fan of crying because I believe emotions, you need to move them through. If they stay stuck in you, they will get heavy burden. If you cry them out, if you talk them out, you dance them out, they're moving through you. It's all good then. And 5, and the OGs know this about me. I journal. Now, I don't journal as much as I used to and I really want to get back into it more. Maybe we should all do a little challenge. Journal ourselves, hold ourselves accountable. Journaling, writing things out, sorts through your thoughts, your, like nothing else for me, honestly. I love it so much. I would love to know what your things are that you do to protect your mental health, that in the comments. I love you so much and I'll see you tomorrow. Bye.
