People sleep on the Midwest all the time and they overlook just how affordable it is to live in middle America. In middle America, there are several cities that you can live in where you don't have to make 100 grand or more to live comfortably. But if you look at the coast, yeah, you better be making money. And it's the same thing over on the West Coast. Just to live comfortably, people need to be doing about 160 a year. I know it's a tech hub out here, but not everybody's pulling in 160 grand. But you only need to be making 91 to be doing pretty good in Indy or 93 in Columbus. You want a little spice in your life? Okay, you can head down to Texas. Look at all these cities where you don't have to be making 100 grand. Look at San Antonio, the lowest in America, 83,000 dollars to live comfortably. Kansas City at 92, go be a Chiefs fan sporting KC. And the beautiful thing about these cities is that housing isn't astronomical, at least not compared to these coastal cities. To be real with you, the Midwest is where it's at. It's going to go through a come up. They just need a rebranding. If you don't already live there, would you consider moving to the Midwest? And if you are living there, do you want to stay? Let me know what you think and if you like these sorts of discussions, like and follow for more.
