Six months seems super long until you realise that the year literally started six months ago, which is just insane. So it's gonna fly by. Now, if you want to actually build a successful Amazon business in 2026, here's a six month roadmap you're gonna wanna follow. A lot of people might tell you that you're gonna make a ton of money your first couple months, and that is just far from true. You might make some money, but you're not gonna make a lot of money and you're not gonna make any money long term if you don't set it up like this. Okay? So this is exactly we're gonna wanna follow in the exact order, okay? And I'm gonna explain to you guys this in a sequencing manner, okay? Sequencing. All it is, is you focus on tasks that are important at this stage of the business. This is how Steve Jobs did apple, and this is I'm sure how a lot of successful entrepreneurs build their companies. It's by doing tasks that matter. Now, you see a lot of people wanna hire a virtual assistant when they don't even have a sale yet. A lot of people wanna do all these crazy things and they haven't even done the first step yet. Okay, so let's start from the beginning. The first thing you wanna get set up is obviously your Amazon account. Now, once that's taken care of, the next step is getting your account to 204 account Health. This is how you're gonna do that. You are going to source auto approve brands using keep a product. Fine. You're gonna take the brands that you're approved in as a new seller and you're gonna put them into Kiva. You're gonna then look at those brands and products that you can sell and find anything that's at least break even. Honestly, if you need to. Or just a little bit of profit and just order it and get it sent in. You need about 200 sales on your account to get your account health 2 2 0 4. I actually just made a video today on that exact step by step. It's gonna be on my y T. Tomorrow. And it literally breaks down that exact method fully in depth. That is your first step, okay? Is to get the 2:04 cowbell by selling things you can sell. So this is gonna require you to send in about 200 to 250 units into Amazon. Now, once you do that, you start to actually build some sales. The next thing you wanna do, you start sourcing products that you are not approved in yet. Now, these are usually gonna be products that you will be approved in as you break those sales. And you wanna start storing these into a spreadsheet so you can use celery. If you set up a spreadsheet. And you're gonna find a bunch of leads that maybe you can't sell yet, but You're gonna notice that these products are a lot more profitable than the initial ones were, because these are now brands and products that not every new seller has access to, which is great because that means they're not gonna take as easily less competition and you as that seller are gonna have access to much better products to buy than you originally did. So you with the anticipation of this happening now and getting auto approvals, we can then start to put these products into a sheet so that as we sell through products, we're periodically manually checking these leads and seeing which ones we start to be able to sell. A lot of these products are gonna stay restricted and then when you add them to your store manually, with some sales, you're gonna see a turn from apply to sell to sell this product immediately and you can go ahead and list it in there. There you go. That is when you're through ungaing sale jail. So it's important that the first 200 you realise, you just send in, get some sales, whatever. But then after is when the business really honestly starts, because you have access to way better products that we can really start to tap into from there. Alright. From there you're gonna implement a repricer. Aura is my recommendation. You can use whatever you want, but aura is the one that we use and I get everyone that I work with to use Seller board, you're gonna get to track your refunds. It's gonna tell you essentially how much you're making per sale, how much you're making per week, per day, per month, per Acen. And you're gonna see exactly how many units you sell through each week. So you can accurately start to gauge your replan, your reorder. So you can go in there and essentially start to spend your money on the products that you're already selling versus always having to look for new ones. Now you do want new ones coming in, so you still need to be sourcing, but you want to prioritise replans and only buy new ones if you absolutely have to. Alright, so essentially you're repeating the sourcing, you're using KPI, you're getting good, you're finding leads other people are selling. But ideally you're buying leads that are trending down in competition because this means that they're not gonna take in price. And at this point you have these things in place, you're essentially cash flowing. Right? This shouldn't take you more than three to four months. And that might seem like crazy for some people, but this is reality. I'm not gonna lie to you guys and and show you guys my Lambo and say, you know, we can sell toothpaste next month. That's not gonna happen. This is just reality of Amazon and it's gonna take some time to get there. I think month one is dedicated to sales, month two is dedicated to Building out your catalogue. Month three is dedicated to buying better leads, setting up aura, setting up seller board. And then month four is when you're like, okay, now we're like buying and reselling the same things while bringing on new leads. And eventually, when you get to, like, 20, 30 K months, you can go ahead and hire a virtual assistant, which is really that last step. You hire a virtual assistant to come in, do your admin work, come in, do your sourcing for you. Now you have these leads to buy, and you've been now accumulating hundreds, if not thousands of leads on a sheet that you can now start to buy whenever you need to spend money. The whole goal of the Amazon business is so simple. It is spend money every month on profitable products and sell through those products so they don't stay in stock for more than 30 days. This is why we use a repricer, this is why we use a seller board to accurately gauge how many units we buy. And this is why we have a spend goal. Because if we spend 20 K a month, we will do 40 K in revenue, and you'll probably make about 7 to 8,000 profit. That is how we can control our profit is by controlling our spend, okay? And that is literally it. I mean, Amazon is actually super simple. Just in the beginning. It's a lot of moving parts, and it's A lot of effort committed to stick with it. But realistically it's literally just spend this amount of money every month. Do this revenue, do this profit. Take the profit, reinvest or pay your bills, buy a car, do whatever you want to. Everyone has different goals. I personally use Amazon to just cash flow. We pull the money out and then we use it for whatever we have, whatever we want. I usually dump it into stocks or crypto. Whatever you wanna do with it. That's the thing. You can do whatever you want with this money, obviously. But you are probably not gonna make money in your first couple months. Just realise that and have realistic goals. But by six months you should have a clean business, cash flowing. You if you follow these steps in that exact order. Don't do last step when you haven't even made a first sale yet. A lot of people hire VA. Before they even know how to sell on Amazon or find products. You are gonna get absolutely rinsed and you're gonna make no money at all and you're gonna be pissed and then you're just gonna quit anyways.
