Should you buy the SpaceX IPO? I can't say, but here's what $10,000 invested into these famous IPOs would be worth today. And the crazy part is that the biggest ones aren't tech companies. Our beloved Costco, $6.3 million. Apple, $30 million. Amazon, $35 million. Microsoft, $42 million. Nvidia, $56 million. And now the top three. McDonald's went public in 1965 at $22.50 a share, today worth $91 million. Coca-Cola went public in 1919 at $40 a share, today worth $186 million. And at number one, Walmart. They went public in 1970 at $16.50 a share, today worth $489 million. Now here's the real lesson. This does not mean you should buy every single IPO. While these were winners, there are a lot of losers that were overhyped and did nothing. The winners are obvious today. They were not obvious back then. No one truly knew when they IPO'd back then. So will you be buying the SpaceX IPO? Let me know in the comments.
