WHAT'S UP, TIKTOK? I'M JEN. I just quit my job as an executive at AG1 to build the next iconic oral care brand. I'm a serial entrepreneur. I love CPG. I love building companies and I want to share info because I see female founders out there and gatekeeping isn't cool. Okay. I am this week focused on hiring a chief brand officer for three things. One, has built an iconic brand from a blank canvas with limited resources. Two, is a strategic leader that is not afraid to roll up their sleeves. Three, knows their strengths and weaknesses and knows who they wanna bring to have a comprehensive brand marketing, creative organization, whether that's agencies they wanna work with, freelancers, full-time employees they wanna hire. I love when people follow them to other companies. It's always a great sign. And then a bonus thing I'm looking for that's relative to my company is someone who's talent oriented brand because we will be hiring a celebrity co-founder soon.
