Did you know you can brew chocolate like coffee? This isn't hot chocolate and it's definitely not coffee. These are roasted cacao beans that have been ground up and can be brewed just like your favorite coffee beans. When you brew cacao, you get a drink that's rich, chocolaty, and surprisingly similar to coffee when prepared. But it's not coffee. It has notes of dark, natural sweetness and a different type of caffeine experience than coffee. Although I brewed it just like I would coffee, it actually has a more similar experience to tea. It's a very unique experience you would not quite something you would expect. But let's taste. Smells delicious. It tastes like nothing you would expect. You get the chocolate notes for sure, but like if hot chocolate and tea and coffee had a baby, this would be it. Should we try it as espresso?
