I've never felt more inclined to entire life until this very moment. I think I may have created the best sandwich I've ever had in my entire life cause I love sandwiches. I will set the scene. We got layer of sourdough bread. This is from Our Daily Bread. They're located in Chatham, New York. Potentially Chatham, New York. All of the pronunciations here drive me bonkers. I don't know how to spell a thing, pronounce a thing. Then we got a layer of garlic aioli. Stunning. Then we got three different types of cold cuts, cause I found out in the northeast, y'all don't call it deli meat, you call it cold cuts. But we got three layers. We got Genoa salami, prosciutto, and pepperoni. And then we got quite literally the best mozzarella cheese I have ever had in my entire life. And I got it from a farmer's market. But I'm also dating a New Jersey Italian man, so he calls it mozz. It is from a place called Tonjes Dairy Farm. Potentially Tonjes dairy farm. They're located in Calicoon, New York. Not sure where that is, but life changing. Life changing mozzarella. And then we got a layer of roasted red pepper, tomato, pesto. Ah! And then the sourdough bread. changer. Anyway, I felt very inclined to, uh, share all of that because this is your sign to go to farmers markets more often. And Try, you know, local things. And I could be very inclined to do this because I made a dirty martini with seven olives. They're. They're tiny. They're not real sized. Normal sized. Anyway, I'm gonna have a spiritual moment with the rest of the sandwich. Carry on
