POV: you have a very adventurous kid who wants to try truffle cheese

My kid is very adventurous. He loves truffles. He loves all different types of stuff. Then these first two shouldn't be surprising. Uh, this is not technically Manchego because technically Manchego has to be a really specific set of things. None of them include having them truffles. So this is like, every, except for like the finest of technicalities, Manchego. Truffle Pecorino cheese. Classic. It's truffle Pecorino. Uh, next up is Moliterno Truffo cheese. They, they cut it in half like hamburger style with truffle cream through the middle, you know how, instead of hot dog style, which is up and down. Cut it through the middle, fill it with truffle cream and then they put the lid back on. I love this. I love the soft ones. Yeah. Next is the, uh, Kirkham's Lancashire. This is a cheese from England called Kirkham's Lancashire. Brie. Cool. What is it? That's something that could slice it into smaller pieces. That. Could. Smaller. That. That's good. That looks good.
