If you have a Samsung phone, there's a setting in the gallery that the developers don't tell you about. Here's how to find the setting. First, open settings and type gallery into the search bar. Everyone has this option. Tap on it in the app section of settings. And here you'll see three options. First, there's mobile data. Here, turn off permission for background processes. This will prevent your photos and videos from being uploaded from the gallery by developers. Then go back again and select battery. And here, select restricted mode so the app doesn't drain your battery while you're sleeping. Then go back again. And tap on appear on top and turn off this permission. Now open the gallery app and tap on menu. Select settings at the bottom. Then scroll down until you see the about gallery section. When you see the version number, quickly tap it five times and you'll get a notification that Gallery Labs has been enabled. Go back and you'll see a new section called Gallery Labs. For example, turn on the option to convert photos to PDF files with images, create, save as PDF after selecting images, and much more. Let me know in the comments if it works for you.
