I applied to 568 jobs over the last few months and this is how it went. So I got ghosted by 440 and rejected by 125, but I did manage to get 115 1st interviews, which is insane. Shout out to Sprout. And I also managed to get on to 70 2nd interviews. There's also a lot of third round, fourth round interviews but I ended up with 12 final interviews. In the end I received three job offers, so I accepted one and declined two.
