POV: you're a shelter dog and you've given up

Honestly my throat is in my stomach. I was surprised to see this clip when i got home. Nina with no wagging tail just collapsing in front of them. And when the next people came just a tiny ear turn to acknowledge she knew they were behind her. She’s been waiting since Christmas. Nina’s potty trained. She is very rambunctious when she plays with big dogs who like her play style and does need monitoring since she hasn’t learned to take a correction yet. For adoptions not on Maui she should be the only dog since she wont get to meet them beforehand. She knows sit and paw and loves people and her toys. She cannot be around small dogs or cats and can be strong on leash. Shes estimated to be 4. We love Nina and hate seeing her loose her spark.
