I just made a video about telling studios to not have cheap performers. But as a consumer, and if you're not an instructor or owner, how can you tell something is a cheap performer? For me the dead giveaway is the Springs. If the Springs look like this, it's not a legit brand because I will compare it to legit brand springs. Also if the foot bar is so thin, like it's just not sturdy. You know? Some brands to look out for that are actually legit are Balanced Body, which is what Club Pilates uses.
