Why do I love running? This is a question I get asked all the time and if I'm being honest, I don't know how to answer that question. Not because I don't love running, but because when you love something so much, you just do it instinctively. Autumn, winter, spring or summer, you'll find me breezing through the streets of London. There's no corner of my city that I haven't run through. The sound of my feet hitting the concrete is better than any song. Feeling like I've conquered the world before the day has even started. Becoming a better runner day by day just because I decided to show up. Don't get it twisted, running is not easy and I don't think it ever will be, but that's what makes it more rewarding. These everyday runs are powered by my Nike Pegasus 42 which provide me with an energized ride.
