4th of July In Nashville

4th of July What's going on? Where do we go? What do we do? Here's the lowdown, what's happening this weekend in Nashville. Nashville competes for one of the best fireworks show in the entire country. I've been to it a couple years ago. It's insane. How loud it is, how close you are to these fireworks, you could feel the explosions going off. It's absolutely insane if you have not been downtown. For Nashville. For the 4th of July fireworks. Pending the weather, the show should go off at around 9 PM. This is the first time I've seen this, but there's also multiple stages. There used to be just one stage. There's now multiple stages with performances from Sublime, Boys to Men, Nick Jonas, Boys to Men. All completely free. You just gotta deal with the crowd. All of these headliners, the ones that I just spoke about, they're going to be performing. There's going to be music all day, but the headliners begin at 6 PM. So, if you have kids, they have this massive activation zone for them downtown. They're going to be open the third and the fourth. They have games, they have this petting zoo that is for musical style, kids who want to go, like, play guitar, do drums, do anything musically enhanced. Not me. If I was a kid, I'd be dying to go to this. I'm almost dying to go as an adult. Now, if you're traveling to Nashville, you've probably seen the million upon million different tickets that you can buy to watch the fireworks show. This is if you want a rooftop view. And then the prices kind of go down as you stagger back. You'll also see some of the rooftops and the gold, the gold, the gold. And further downtown. I haven't been to these. I don't know what the views look like. Trying to find it on Instagram. Some of them are all inclusive with drinks and food included. I saw those going all the way up to $450, $500, sometimes $700. After the fireworks show. It is an absolute madhouse. If you can walk over the bridge and go to East Nashville, I think that might be an option. But Uber's are going to be psychotic. And with all the road closures, again, it's just going to take a really long time to get out of town. So, plan accordingly. But again, it's so worth it. It's, it's by far my favorite.
