I didn't think this existed in Nashville, but we just stumbled upon brand new construction by a legitimate builder for 299,000 dollars for a brand new townhome. We just got back doing a walkthrough with one of our buyers who's under contract here and it's a really beautiful community. Two bed, two and a half bath with an oversized one car garage so she's gonna do a gym on the front. This community is in Madison and it's gated. But I also want to highlight how many changes we are seeing in Nashville in the coming years and just look at Rivergate. The community was so, so cute and I'm not even fluffing that up. The interiors were beautiful. They have still a few lots left that you can customize literally everything, the whole shebang. Bathroom, this is the primary bathroom. Beautiful. Kitchen. Two ninety nine. Nashville, Tennessee. They are also offering to pay closing costs, so everything that you need to bring to the closing table is your down payment. That's about it. Estimated closing on the units that they have on construction right now is until December. So if you are in a lease, this is also perfect because you just go under contract now and you just wait until it's done.
