I'm not coming in next week. Um, why? Because I'm on PTO, and I have a surgery scheduled, which I've mentioned. Surgery for what? Um, I'm not really comfortable sharing that, and it's not something I wanna discuss at work. Okay, well, you work at this company, so it is kind of my business. You know, it's actually not. Um, it's just a boundary I'm setting. And either way, I will not be here. Okay. So when are you planning to come back? Um, Jess, I'm not coming back after. Wait, what do you mean you're not gonna be back after? I resigned two weeks ago. I'm literally sent you my resignation, and you've been CC'd in on all the emails between me and HR. Um, I've literally been auto applying elsewhere using Sprout, which is how I got the job. I don't know where the miscommunication was, considering you. Well, you can't just resign in the middle of a meeting.
