Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
So, uh something just came up with the client next week. Uh we're going to need you to be online for a few days just to support some last minute work stream. It's pretty hurting. Um, next week I'm actually out. I'm on vacation. I'll be in Japan and I requested PTO uh three months ago. Yeah. I definitely saw that. I you know, I was just wondering if it's still be able to log on for a few hours, you know, just a few hours each day. Well, when you're there? Um, I don't think that's realistic. The time difference is pretty stream and I already plan to fully be offline. Yeah, but this is you know, this is one of those critical moments for the project. We just need a bit of support, you know, just keep things moving on. I understand the urgency, but I've already booked flights and hotels for the whole week. Everything's been planned for a while. Right, right. So, um, this is kind of one of those situations where we need people to be, you know, a bit more flexible. I I don't think I'm asking for It's just a few hours here and there. I've been flexible all year though. This is the first real break I've taken and realistically that would mean working in the middle of the night while I'm there which defeats the whole point of taking time off. But what? You're you're just trying you're just not willing to help when the team needs you. Just just just transparent, you know, everyone else is making you work and I'm not even asking you to cancel your trip. I'll be honest if I can't take just one week off. I might need to rethin things. I've already been interviewing for a few roles I found through Sprott and part of that is making sure I'm somewhere that respects time off, especially since this isn't the first time I've been asked to work outside of hours.
