PSA for anyone booking a haircut, the trendy name doesn’t matter, the description does. @Clau lynn Claudia came in saying “butterfly cut” and “curtain bangs” but her actual description didn’t match either one. What she was describing was layers that kept her hair looking long and thick, with face framing that was noticeable and significant, not soft or barely there, and she didn’t want to sacrifice any of that density.
