Green Bean, Broccoli & Asparagus Sausage Sheet Pan Bake This is one of those dinners that keeps making its way back into my weekly rotation because it’s ridiculously easy and ridiculously good. Fresh green beans, broccoli, asparagus, crispy hot Italian sausage, creamy Alfredo, two kinds of melty cheese, and plenty of Parmesan… this is comfort food without a ton of effort. Recipe Ingredients * 2 lbs hot Italian sausage * 1 (12 oz) bag fresh green beans, trimmed * 1 small broccoli crown, cut into florets * 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces * Olive oil * Salt and pepper, to taste * Garlic powder * Onion powder * Italian seasoning * Dried parsley * Freshly grated Parmesan cheese * 1 jar Alfredo sauce * 8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese * 4 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese Instructions 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. 2. Toss the green beans, broccoli, and asparagus with a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and dried parsley. Finish with a generous layer of freshly grated Parmesan. 3. In a large skillet, cook the 2 pounds of hot Italian sausage until browned and slightly crispy. Season with a little more Italian seasoning and dried parsley, then finish with another generous layer of freshly grated Parmesan. 4. Spread the vegetables onto a sheet pan. Spoon the cooked sausage evenly over the top. 5. Drizzle the Alfredo sauce over everything. 6. Sprinkle evenly with the 8 ounces of Monterey Jack and 4 ounces of Colby Jack. 7. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden. #Recipe #sheetpandinner #familydinner #protein #lowcarb
