Comment “Complex” and I’ll send you a free week of kettlebell training from my 8-week program—on me. One kettlebell. 20 minutes. As many rounds as possible. This workout primes your body to train like an athlete. It’s about building a body that’s lean, strong, athletic, mobile, injury-resistant, and capable for decades to come. 🏋️ 20-Min AMRAP • 10 Clean + Thrusters • 20 Ballistic Rows (10/side) • 10 KB Push-Ups • 6 Devil’s Halos Weight 🏋️ I used a 20 kg / 44 lb kettlebell. 🏋️ Beginner: 8–12 kg (18–26 lb) 🏋️ Intermediate: 16–20 kg (35–44 lb) 🏋️ Advanced: 20–28 kg+ (44–62+ lb) Choose a weight you can move with great technique for the full 20 minutes. ⬇️ Scaling • Reduce to 10–15 minutes • Clean + Thruster: Goblet squat + push press. • Ballistic Row: Perform a standard row. • KB Push-Up: Standard, incline, or knee push-ups. • Devil’s Halo: 3–4 reps or standard halos. Cues Clean + Thruster: Keep the bell close, catch softly, then drive explosively overhead. Ballistic Row: Explode to your hip. Control the lowering phase. KB Push-Up: Stay rigid, chest to the horns, and resist rotation. Devil’s Halo: Start with the bell by one foot. Drive it across your body to the opposite shoulder, halo around your head, then return it under control to the opposite foot. Why This Complex Works Every movement builds a different athletic quality. Clean + Thruster: Produce force. Ballistic Row: Absorb force. KB Push-Up: Transfer force. Devil’s Halo: Control force. That’s how you build strength that transfers outside the gym—not just bigger muscles, but stronger shoulders, a resilient core, better posture, explosive power, and the ability to keep moving well after fatigue shows up.
