DM me the word “Complex” and I’ll send you a free week of kettlebell training from my 8 week Program, on Me. One kettlebell. 20 minutes. As many rounds as possible to get in the best shape of your life. Build a body that’s lean, strong, athletic, mobile, injury-resistant, and capable of performing for decades to come. 🏋️ 20-Minute AMRAP • 5 Clean + Reverse Lunge (L/R) • 5 Goblet Squat + Halo • 10 Thrusters • 10 Swings • 10 KB Plyo Push-Ups Weight Suggestions I used a 20 kg / 44 lb kettlebell. 🏋️ Beginner: 8–12 kg (18–26 lb) 🏋️ Intermediate: 16–20 kg (35–44 lb) 🏋️ Advanced: 20–28 kg+ (44–62+ lb) Choose a weight that allows you to maintain great technique for the full 20 minutes. Master the movements first, then increase the weight. ⬇️ Scaling Options • Reduce to 10–15 minutes • Clean + Reverse Lunge: Perform a goblet reverse lunge if you’re still learning the clean. • Goblet Squat + Halo: Separate the movements or reduce the halo to each direction. • Thrusters: Perform goblet squats or use a push press instead. • Swings: Use a lighter kettlebell and focus on hip drive. • KB Plyo Push-Ups: Perform standard, incline, or knee push-ups. Movement Cues Clean + Reverse Lunge: Keep the bell close, catch softly in the rack position, and drive through your front heel. Goblet Squat + Halo: Stay tall in the squat, then keep the halo close to your head while keeping your ribs down. Thrusters: Drive through your legs first, then finish with a strong overhead press. Swings: Snap your hips, brace your core, and let the kettlebell float. KB Plyo Push-Ups: Stay rigid from head to heel, explode off the floor, and land softly under control. Follow for more highly effective workouts that help you get lean, strong, athletic, mobile, and functional with limited equipment in 45 minutes or less. #functionalfitness #fullbodyworkout #kettlebelltraining #kettlebellworkout #homeworkouts
