Comment “COMPLEX” and I’ll send you a FREE week of kettlebell training from my 8-week program. You don’t need a squat rack or a gym full of equipment to build strong, lean, athletic legs. One kettlebell. 5 movements. 30 minutes. Don’t believe me? Try it for yourself. THE WORKOUT 8 KB Cleans 8 Clean + Goblet Squats 16 Reverse Lunges — 8/side 8 KB Swings 20 Bodyweight Squats 30-MIN AMRAP Set a timer for 30 minutes and complete as many quality rounds as possible. Rest when you need to, but the clock keeps running. Don’t blow yourself up in the first 5 minutes. Find a pace you can sustain and keep your reps clean as fatigue builds. COACHING CUES KB CLEAN: Drive through the floor. Don’t muscle the kettlebell up. Keep the bell close and catch it softly. Your hips/legs move the bell. Your arms guide it. Build explosive hip power through your glutes and hamstrings while training your core, grip and coordination. CLEAN + GOBLET SQUAT: Explosively clean the bell to your chest, catch it, brace, then sit between your hips. The clean develops explosive hip power. The squat loads your quads, glutes and adductors while your core and upper back keep you tall. Produce force. Absorb it. Control it. REVERSE LUNGES: Step back under control, keep your front foot planted and drive through the front leg to stand. Build unilateral strength, balance and stability while each leg works independently. KB SWINGS: Hinge. don’t squat. Push your hips back, snap them forward and let the bell float. Don’t lift the bell. Launch it. Your glutes and hamstrings create explosive hip extension while your core and lats control the bell. BODYWEIGHT SQUATS: The weight is gone, but your legs are already fatigued. Keep your whole foot planted, hit your depth and stand tall. These final 20 reps add volume and challenge your muscular endurance. This workout hits your legs through: Power. Strength. Single-leg stability. Explosive hip extension. Muscular endurance. All with ONE kettlebell.
