Your pink lemonade does not need red 40 in it to make it pink. It needs watermelon. And this watermelon pink lemonade concentrate is only made with four ingredients: watermelon, honey, salt, and lemons. That's it. That's all that you need to make a beautiful, naturally sweetened, naturally ingredient pink lemonade that your kids will love and you will love all summer long. It's so refreshing and delicious. Let me show you how to make it because it's ridiculously easy as well. Come on. You need about 6 cups of sliced up watermelon. I just used the entire small one, but you can also use half of a big one. You're going to cut it up into pieces. You can also use an immersion blender. I put those aside for a minute and then I cut up my lemons. I just used fresh lemons and squeezed them, juiced them until I have about a cup of lemon juice. You can also use a jar of lemon juice. I cleaned up my space and then I took my watermelon and then blended them all up until they were completely liquid, completely blended up, okay? Then you're going to take another bowl and a strainer, a fine mesh strainer, and you're going to just strain all the pulp out of the watermelon. So you're left with a really smooth watermelon juice. Then I added about 3/4 cup of honey, pure honey. Some salt. No, it doesn't make it salty. It just enhances the flavor. And then I added my lemon juice. Whisk it together until it's all combined. And then I pour it into a jar. As you can see, I did a really good job pouring, not so good. After I cleaned up my mess, I added the rest of the lemon juice concentrate to my jars. Put a lid on those and I can store them in the fridge. All the details are in the caption. And since I had some leftover in my bowl, I decided to make some fresh watermelon pink lemonade outside for you. It's 50% concentrate, 50% water, with some ice. Mix it all up and man, it is so good. It is so refreshing and delightful. I hope you love it as much as I do. Okay, bye.
