Store bought pink lemonade could neverrrrrr. 🍉🍋✨ THIS watermelon pink lemonade concentrate is made with real watermelon, fresh lemons, and naturally sweetened with ingredients you can actually recognize. This is summer in a glass. Would you try this? Yes or no?? 🍉💕🍋 — Ingredients: 6 cups watermelon, cubed 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 5–6 lemons) ¾ cup honey (or ⅔ cup pure maple syrup) ¼ tsp fine sea salt Optional: zest of 1 lemon Instructions: 1. Add the watermelon to a blender and blend until completely smooth. 2. Pour through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl or pitcher if you prefer a smoother concentrate (optional). 3. Stir in the fresh lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), sea salt, and lemon zest, if using. 4. Whisk until the honey is fully dissolved. 5. Refrigerate until well chilled. To Serve: Fill a glass with ice. Add 1 part concentrate to 2–3 parts cold water or sparkling water, depending on how strong you like it. Garnish with a watermelon wedge and a lemon slice if desired. Storage: Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Give it a good stir or shake before serving, as the fresh watermelon may naturally separate. 🍉 Pro tip: If your watermelon is extra sweet, start with ½ cup honey and taste before adding more. The sweetness of watermelon can vary a lot, and you can always add more… but you can’t take it out. — #pinklemonade #watermelon #healthydrink #EasyRecipe #summerrecipes
