SAVE THIS. 👇🏼 — 🍎 APPLE CRISP SYRUP • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce (@Tree Top ) • ¾ cup pure maple syrup • ½ cup water • 2 tbsp salted butter • 1½ tsp cinnamon • ¼ tsp nutmeg • ⅛ tsp ginger • ¼ tsp kosher salt • 2 tsp vanilla Brown the butter. Stir in applesauce + maple syrup + water and cook 1–2 min. Add spices + salt. Simmer on medium low 8–12 min until darker and glossy. Remove from heat, add vanilla & blend completely smooth. Then strain. (Optional) Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 1 week. I just took applesauce and made the best apple crisp syrup out of it apple crisp syrup out of it for cold brews I mean Recipe of the day: APPLE CRISP SYRUP (naturally sweetened, easy, & delicious) and paired it with a salted maple cold foam Y'all this might be my best drink for fall I am a pumpkin girl through and through But this apple crisp syrup was so easy to make and it tastes so delicious Bonus it's refined sugar free so you won't have the sugar crash and spike and all those things so good Let me show you guys how to make this apple crisp syrup out of apple sauce Delicious We're gonna start by browning some salted butter And I don't think this step is optional because the brown butter just creates this beautiful flavor But if you just wanna melt your butter that's fine too After that butter is browned or melted you're gonna add your applesauce and just let that all mix together And then you're gonna add your maple syrup I'm talking the real stuff Then you're gonna add some water and mix that together And now you're gonna add your spices Some cinnamon some nutmeg a little bit of ginger and some salt and mix that all together to make sure it's gonna darken with all those spices in there And then you're gonna simmer it and then you're gonna simmer it You're gonna simmer it for about 10 to 12 minutes until it gets thick and glossy And then you're gonna pull it off the heat and then use an immersion blender or normal blender just to mix the mixture together before straining it into another bowl I use a fine mesh strainer Then once you've strained the mixture that's pretty much it Your apple crisp syrup is done You transfer that mixture to a jar or a syrup holder like this and then you store it in the fridge The full recipe and details are in the caption Now I like to pair this with a salted maple cold foam a salted maple cold foam And that recipe is also in the caption It's just a really beautiful flavor pairing and I hope you love it as much as I do Now I just take a cup of ice put the apple crisp syrup on top with my favorite Stok cold brew Then I put that maple cold foam on top with a little bit nutmeg this is fall in a glass It's stunning It's beautiful it tastes beautiful It looks beautiful I hope you all make this and tell me what you think because I love it I'll make another one
