Come prep with me for the week! As always, I'm gonna start with the Fairlife fat-free milk. As always, I'm gonna start with the fat-free Fairlife milk and I'm gonna put 400mls in each cup. Next, a quarter teaspoon of salt. Then a quarter teaspoon of xanthan gum. This just helps give it a more realistic ice cream texture. Some people have problems with the xanthan gum like mixing in. When I use my immersion blender, I don't have a problem, but if you do, you can mix all your dry ingredients together first and then put it in. Then I'm gonna use two tablespoons of this monk fruit sweetener. It's my favorite one. I don't feel like it has that sugar-free taste to it and it's zero calories, so you can't beat that. I'm doing chocolate flavors in these last two and I found that using black cocoa instead of using chocolate milk, it still gives like a super rich chocolate flavor but without adding all the calories. And if you know, you know, I'm using a tablespoon of this cream cheese powder in each one. It literally just makes it so much richer and creamier than it is. A game changer to Ninja Creamis. Then I'm gonna use a little bit of vanilla bean paste. I tried this a few weeks ago and I will not be going back to vanilla extract. This one is just so good. Now the fun part for flavors. I'm gonna use protein powder because I'm always trying to find good ways to hit my protein. My first one is my absolute my tried and true vanilla. This is the C4 vanilla bean. I feel like it just gives the best vanilla flavor. I've tried a lot of other vanilla proteins and this one's just my favorite. The next one is the cake pop flavor by PEScience. This one tastes like cake batter ice cream. It's so incredible. And the next one, I'm using the strawberry cheesecake flavor by PEScience. I've not spun this one that I made last week yet. I'm actually gonna make it after I make this video, but hold on. I just found Prime Bites came out with a strawberry shortcake brownie. This this morning. It's so good. So I can't wait to spin the strawberry cheesecake ice cream. This strawberry shortcake brownie in it. Like, stop. And then this one's a new flavor for me. This is the peanut butter cookie. If you're for the mint chocolate lover, the clean simple eats mint chocolate cookie is absolutely the best. And then for like, extra fudgy chocolate, this is the RYSE chocolate cookie blast. And then we mix. And there you have it. I'm gonna pop lids on these and throw them in the freezer. And I have high protein ice cream ready to go whenever a sweet tooth hits. These average about 300 calories and about 45 grams of protein depending on which protein powder you use and then obviously if you add any mix-ins. Let me know if you have anything you want me to try. These are some of my favorites, but I'm always down to try something new. I'll see you on the next one.
