I need help. If you've released a book and you've used Amazon, Ingram Spark, book vault, all those kind, please help me. My debut novel, Josh the 9, is showing on Amazon now. I'm not printing with Amazon. I'm printing with Ingram. Okay? The ebook is with Amazon. That's the only thing that's connected. Paperbacks or hardbacks with them on my bookshelf. I've got a paperback showing for 4.99. That's the ebook. Audible, who are run by an, uh, Amazon, they deal with the audiobook. They released it any control on that. That's for 1899. That either. But now, all the paperback has changed to audio cassette. That price is the paperback price. What's going on? I've spoken to Ingram, Spark, Book Vault, my special editions. I've spoken to Nielsen Title Director, who deal with my, um, ISBNs, barcodes, and I've spoken to Amazon direct. No one knows where this is, but it's linked to my author account. Now, the problem is, Author Central isn't even live yet. It's taking days to get it live, so that I can try and figure out how to deal with that. But anyone who's ordered or pre-ordered with the 4.99, I think it's gonna be refunded on release day because there's nothing connected to that. Please help me. What do I need to speak to? Cause I cannot find the answers.
