Comment “Complex” if you’re ready to get into kettlebell training but don’t know where to start. I’ll send you a full week of training from my 8-week kettlebell training program—on me. Single-arm kettlebell training is one of the fastest ways to build real-world strength. The kettlebell isn’t the challenge. Keeping your body from moving is. Every rep forces your grip, shoulders, core, hips, and legs to work together while resisting rotation. That’s why single-arm training builds strength, balance, stability, coordination, and athleticism all at the same time. 6 Rounds Complete all 4 movements on one side before switching. • 6 Single-Arm Gorilla Rows • 6 Single-Arm Swings • 6 Single-Arm Presses • 6 Single-Arm Front Squats ➡️ Switch sides. ⏱️ Rest 2 minutes between rounds. Weight Suggestions 🏋️ I used a 20 kg / 44 lb kettlebell. 🏋️ Beginner: 8–12 kg (18–26 lb) 🏋️ Intermediate: 16–20 kg (35–44 lb) 🏋️ Advanced: 20–28 kg+ (44–62+ lb) Choose a weight that challenges you while allowing you to complete all 6 rounds with great technique. Master the movement first, then increase the load. Scaling Options ⬇️ Make it Easier • Complete 3–4 rounds. • Reduce each movement to 4 reps. • Use a lighter kettlebell. ⬆️ Make it Harder • Increase the kettlebell weight. • Slow the lowering phase on the press and front squat. • Reduce rest to 60–90 seconds. Movement Cues Gorilla Rows: Pull your elbow toward your hip and squeeze your shoulder blade. Single-Arm Swings: Snap your hips and let the bell float—don’t lift with your arm. Single-Arm Presses: Crush the handle, keep your ribs down, and punch toward the ceiling. Front Squats: Stay tall, brace your core, and drive explosively through the floor. Follow for more highly effective workouts that help you get lean, strong, athletic, and functional with limited equipment in 45 minutes or less. Send this to a busy parent who thinks they need a full gym to build serious strength. #functionalfitness #kettlebelltraining #fullbodyworkout #homeworkout #functionalstrength
