I'm gonna SharePoint update a SharePoint list with a spreadsheet

I'm gonna SharePoint update a SharePoint list using data inside of a spreadsheet, but I'm gonna do it with an automated flow. Let's jump into my computer. Okay, we're looking at a library right now that has a folder in it. That has the data that I want. So when I open this up right, click into the vehicle inventory. Here's a file called vehicle inventory. So let's look at that real quick. We have down here, we have 30 records in total. Um, we have, we have VIN, make, model, year, mileage, price, date received, status, all the stuff you expect to see on a car. We have price, even which commas. Leather comma, remote start comma, all right. And we have a field, so. So we have 30 records in total. Now, if I look into SharePoint, um, right here, this list called vehicles, this is a SharePoint list of all of our vehicles, which we want to have it in a list because it makes it collaborative and everybody can use they know, this attached to this data and do anything they want. So, um, this has 24 records and, same columns, VIN, make, model, year, mileage, price, all that stuff, right? But, um, also here. Let me, um, bit fit. You can see seats, remote start, sunroof, that's on this first record. Bluetooth, sunroof. And the second record, Bluetooth, sunroof. Like, we got features, individual on record. So, um, let's look at these first three records, the Camry, the Accord and the F-150. They have 57,000 mileage, 41,000 miles, and 78,000 mileage. So that's three the F-150. So that information. We have, um, mileage and new records. There's six more records in here starting from this Kia Soul that the list doesn't have. So, um, let's show you how easy it is to do. I'm gonna go documents. I'm into the vehicle inventory folder. And I'm gonna click this button right here that says Update SharePoint. That's it. Click update SharePoint. Is a panel is gonna pop out. What I'm doing when I click update SharePoint is running that flow that's built in Power Automate. That's in the background doing that. So that's this. I'm gonna hit update SharePoint list, run background. Wait. Matter you. So seconds it started 33 seconds ago. Let's refresh again, see what it's looking like. Like 40, 42 seconds ago. Um, we'll wait. We'll wait. Come back. Alright, look. Went 6 minutes. It took 6 minutes. And now it says that it succeeded. Um, so let's go back to SharePoint. Remember what we wanted to do. We wanted to add six new records and we wanted to update the existing three records. So if I go to vehicles, look at that. We have 30 records in here now because we just added new. All new records, then. Let's look at the first three. That. Miles, 60,000 miles, 70,000 miles, 80,000 miles. Beautiful thing. Is this piece of the puzzle. Wanted how you could put together a process that allows you to do that. But here's part two of this.
