I kept watching people pay for software just to keep an Excel file and a Google Sheet talking to each other. So this week I built a way to sync Excel and Google Sheets in real time, both directions — no paid add-ins, no monthly fees. Change a cell in Excel, and it updates in Google Sheets automatically. Change it in Google Sheets, and it flows right back into Excel. No re-uploading, no "which version is current," no manual copy-paste.
