But here's the difference. A lot of women are decorating a life that they wanna escape from. They're building little moments of relief instead of building a life that they don't need to escape from. If Monday morning makes you feel like you wanna throw up, you can't buy another candle to fix it. If your relationship is draining you, a self care isn't gonna fix that. If your nervous system is constantly or in fight or flight mode, a planner is not gonna fix that. The answer isn't making your prison look prettier.
