You can use it to fan your tears too. Okay. I went from crying on the kitchen floor every single night for about a year after my divorce to writing a book. Been sobbing in a corner because I'm I don't know I'm I'm overcome with so many emotions. I don't know how to even describe them, but author was not in the plans and Apparently I'm an author now. I just got my author copy to go through and it is so beautiful. It turned out exactly exactly how I envision it. I I held on to this and finally I took all of this and I sent it to an editor and proof reader and she somehow put it together into a 110 page book and I want you to know that it only it it always gets better. Not only does it get It gets so good. So if you're in the weeds and you're in the thick of it and you don't think it's getting better, it's going to get so much better for you. You have to believe that it will. And whenever you think your life is over, something else just happens and author was not author was not one of the things I would ever have used to describe myself, but here we are. So this launch is February 7th. I'm going to read you the first page of the introduction because why wouldn't I read that to you? You've been here for me since the beginning and supporting me and we're going to read a little bit of the intro. It's the woman in the silk robe. I was standing in my kitchen at 6:00 a.m. wearing a $300 silk robe, drinking coffee alone and I thought, this is ridiculous. Not the robe, the fact that it had taken me over 40 years to realize I deserve beauty even when no one was watching. for two decades, I performed, performed compentently in corporate boards, performed devotion and a marriage that had quietly expired years earlier, performed girl boss energy on social media while privately burning out. I wore the blazer did the 5 am wakeups and said yes to everything and made myself as small and palatable and untheating as possible so I could succeed in spaces that were never designed for women like me. And it didn't work. I hope you'd enjoy as much as I do and thank you for always loving me and being here for me.
