Okay, I need some help. If you're a season nurse in this lancers on your 40 page, help me out, please. I'm a fourth-year emergency medicine resident and on Monday, I start moonlighting at a new emergency department. And I'm kind of nervous. I really don't know this hospital system. It's going to be a new EMR and just a lot of things are going to be very new and fresh. But what I'm especially nervous about is how to make a good impression on the nurse. So here's what I've kind of thought of um to help me get familiar with some of the staffing there. I go around, introduce myself. Uh hi, I'm one of the new moonlighting emergency doctors. Um, so that's that's one idea. The other one and one that I actually do need help on is like do I come in with snacks? Like I want to. I don't like to show up empty-handed whenever I'm like at like someone's house. So so like what like what should I I don't like donuts because I don't like to eat unhealthy, but like do people like donuts? Should I be that? I was thinking of like probably bringing some coffee. I don't know where I would put it. Probably in like the nursing break room and then like I'll write my name on it. like hi, new doctor in town, please help yourself. Um, yeah, I don't know. I'm like really nervous, really excited, but like I'm really hoping that the nurses kind of like me there cuz I love getting along with people and I feel like I've made a lot of friends through the nursing staff at my receptionist hospital and I want that to continue. Um, but yeah, new kid in town, new kid in town, kind of excited. I'm kind of excited, but please help me out. Thank you.
