Yeah, this one's going to ruffle some feathers and I don't care. Fellow white women, it is time when you start hearing diabolical things said that are that you say something in the moment, based off an experience I just had. I was just at the coffee shop and there was an old older gentleman next to me and he looked at me and said, very passive aggressively, maybe he was assuming, there is a whole generation of women your age outsourcing being a mom to Guatemalan nannies and those nannies are teaching them Spanish. And I said, I would love for my baby to be taught Spanish. I would love for my kids to be multilingual. And he just scoffed and looked the other way. Call it out in the moment. It is high time.
