Here are five daily habits to improve your life significantly. In the space of two years I've gone from working at a shop earning 300 pounds a month to now doing content creation full time and I've earned well over six figures from it. So number one is improving your sleep quality. Sleep is arguably the most important thing in your life and you spend like a quarter of your life doing it. So you need to make sure it's perfect. So this could mean buying things to improve sleep quality. So it could be mattresses, pillows, it could be black out curtains. Also the habits around in that. So I personally choose to read half an hour before bed to kind of warm my brain down instead of scrolling. And the type of sleep you want to most of is called REM sleep. So anything you can do to achieve more of that will be absolutely spot on. Number two is no phone for the first hour of the day. If you wake up and the first thing you do is reach for your phone and start scrolling then that is terrible for your brain. The last thing your brain needs is soon as you wake up is a massive dope mean hit. If you do that and you notice yourself feeling like a zombie for the rest of the day and not being able to get anything done, then that is almost 99% of the reason why. Number three, prime your environment. Let's set out and plan everything I'm going to need for the next day the night before. I can just go about my day and get my work done seamlessly. This is things like putting your gym close out the night before so I don't have to and avoid going. Also things like put on your phone in another room while you work so you're not tempted to go in it, so you actually get more work done. If your environment is primed and preset up for the exact thing that you were trying to do, and you're going to be able to achieve that thing so much easier. So for example, this is where I sit and do work and the only thing I have in this area is my laptop, my candle and my notebook. Number four is spend more time in silence. I don't know if you've noticed, but we're actually all addicted to noise and stimulation. We go for a walk or go to the gym where constantly listen to music or podcast or if we're just sat in the house where probably almost always scrolling. But when you allow your brain just to have complete silence, actually goes into a stage called its default mode network, which actually allows you to be more creative and actually improve your memory. So the longer periods of time that you can spend in this stage are only going to make you more productive and more creative. And habit five is dress better. When you dress better, you feel better and when you feel better, you're obviously happier. This doesn't just mean for when you're going out the house. I'm sat inside working right now, but I have a nice watch on. I've got a nice clean outfit on and I feel so much more productive, feel so much ready to be like sat doing something. Or as if I came down stage and my pajama bottoms on my joggers and I look like a slump, then I'm going to act like a slump. If I'm dressed a bit better, I'm going to act better. And there's just a few things that have helped me in my daily life. So I hope to help you as well, my friend, and I will see you tomorrow.
