Rhode Island came together and made somebody’s dream come true. We were able to give a hardworking business owner who truly deserved an opportunity a work van, $5,000 in cash, and additional prizes and support to help him expand his business. This was bigger than just giving away a van. It was about giving someone a real step in the right direction and showing him that his community believes in him. Thank you to every person and business that donated, shared the story, showed up, and helped make this possible. None of this happens without all of you. This is what happens when a community comes together. I’m proud of what we accomplished, and I truly hope we can do it again. Congratulations, brother. Now go build something great. 👊🏼
