You're between the ages of 18 and 20, here's how you start investing and become a millionaire step by step. First thing that you're going to need is a brokerage account. A brokerage account is going to make sure that you don't go broke. This is very different than your bank account. Your bank account doesn't grow unless you put money in it. Your brokerage account is going to grow because you're going to buy, sell and trade, stocks and securities in this account and make your money grow and work for you over time. Robinhood, Webel and Fidelity are always going to be my go-to brokerage accounts. You can actually get a free Robinhood stock by clicking the link of my bio, so make sure you check that out. Once you get your brokerage account Investing in stocks that work for you. Now, this is not financial advice, but I love to invest in index funds in ETFs like VOO. VOO is a little my best friend. This is the tickersymbol for this stock. This stock tracks the S&P 500. This is the top 500 large cap US companies. If it's a company that's you're probably shopping from and consuming from is most likely in the S&P 500. S&P 500 has been around for a long time and has an average rate of return of about 10% a year or every 10 years. Now, once you have your broker account, you start investing in stocks, you want to stay on a consistent schedule and you want to leave the money in your brokerage account long term. I think they say like every dollar that you invest now is going to be worth like $70 or something crazy in retirement. If you are young, you want to start investing early, let that money sit, compile, compound and you will literally be a millionaire as long as you're putting up money every single month. My 6k came on, I've been invested for five years and I love to teach people how to invest. So if you're trying to get to the money, then make sure you follow me for more. Let's get it.
