millie's first sourdough loaf

Meet Millie. 🤍 She's only about a week old, but today she mixed her very first sourdough loaf. She doubled in about four hours, so I think she's off to a great start! She was definitely stickier than Margaret and didn't release from the bowl quite cleanly, not tons of bubbles🤷🏼‍♀️ but I think that's pretty normal for a young starter. She's still developing her strength.
