Mannnn what an awesome day!! I’m going to miss tuesdays like this when it’s time to head back into the office 🥲 Nothing to critique with this recipe. Prep took no time. Ingredients were simple and always on-hand. Would be so good over a bed of coconut rice or in a tortilla. I can not cook raw chicken to save my life. I always end up getting it chewy or dry as a bone. This was cooked to perfection. Even my neighbor Steve was impressed (not easy to do this dude throws it DOWN in the kitchen) Thanks for watching!
