Here are some last minute wedding things that I wish I would have done earlier and that you might need to add to your list. First up is figuring out your wedding jewelry, not only for your actual wedding gown, but for all the looks that you have in that weekend. I was so focused on getting the actual outfits that I just didn't really care about the jewelry and so then I was ending up buying jewelry the week of. Separating out all of your items into bins with labels. The way that I did this actually worked perfectly. I labeled them by where they were going and what was going to be in them. So I grouped everything together based on where in the venue it needed to be taken to. So I put I V I house and then I put all of the details of what was in there. So I knew exactly where everything was. That way it'll be a lot easier to find and locate and direct when you get there. Same thing with coordinating who brings what. You need to make a list of exactly who has what and who's driving what and what time they're getting there. Like getting your friends to help bring things especially if you're a DIY bride like I was. You're gonna need to figure out who can drive like your big ass corn hole boards. We did notes for every single guest on their dinner plate. So I had to figure out not only all of the name cards writing all of those down, getting all of those addressed to everybody, but also having to figure out the personalized envelopes that they were going to go in, which ended up being really freaking annoying. If you guys are doing this and you need custom envelopes with just somebody's name on them, I would say just pay for the Etsy ones. Honestly, it was expensive, but it turned out beautiful and it was way easier than anything else. Day of lunch. For your bridal party, it's nice to just get like sandwiches or something catered, but you do have to let the restaurant or the catering place ahead of time and you need to figure out who is picking those up and who is getting them. Usually it'll be your planner who's going to give these out to all the vendors. Vendor tip envelopes. You want to have all of those separated out, sealed, ready to go, labeled with exactly who is going to get them and how much they're going to get. So you can assign somebody, usually it'll be your planner who's going to give those out to all the vendors. Buy, unbox, cut tags, set up decor. Not only do you need to buy all of your decor, like for example, if you buy lamps for all of your table settings, you need to set those up, build them, charge them, you know, put them in boxes somewhere. You need to prep it so that when you get there and you have the least amount of work possible to do. Book final beauty appointments ahead of time. Book all of your final beauty appointments ahead of time. The last thing you want to do is like for your man, like if his haircut person is booked, you need to book that shit ahead of time. Some things I did that you might want to do is massage, facials, spray tans, hair, laser appointments, um, if you want to book a cleaning person, come clean your house, that was a great move. And last but not least, table mockups. I wanted to fully see what my tables were going to look like, just so you can kind of get an idea of where things are going to go, especially for random little side tables and gift box tables or, you know, welcome tables, things like that. You can set up where all the decor is going to go, where the drinks are going to go, where the photo frames are going to go. Take a picture of that and then you can send it out to your bridesmaids, your planner, your mom, whoever's going to help you set those up.
