1 PM and my whole family is going to be home tonight. So let's make dinner. My husband and I took all the kids to the movies last night. We saw the live-action Mulan movie and it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Does anyone know if Costco still sells movie tickets? Back in the day we used to get two tickets for like $20. I wonder how much they are? And would I be saving much money if I got them from the movies for seven of us to go to the movies? The tickets plus two popcorns and two drinks came out to about $150. Now I can honestly say, never have I ever spent that much at the movies. Y'all, I was just minding my business watching the movie and all of a sudden I heard this loud snoring. I looked over and my husband and 20-year-old were knocked out. But my daughter enjoyed it and I guess that's all that matters. She is the one who requested that the whole family go to see it together. Afterwards we grabbed dinner at Luna Grill, which I haven't eaten there in over five years. I didn't even realize that they had vegan options. I got a vegan bowl. It was okay. And then we walked around Target. I had a couple of things to grab. When I was in line, I realized that my son's girlfriend was two people behind me. She had a snack that she was buying herself. Mind you, she's been with us all day and went to Target with us. I told her to give me her snacks so I could pay for it. And she said, that's okay. Long story short, I paid for her chocolate covered strawberry. It's the least I could do. Estufao. My son's girlfriend's snack. I'm making chicken and potatoes. I'm going to make a marinade for the chicken. I've got some onions and garlic. I'm going to chop them up. I've got some chicken legs. I'm going to put them in a bag with the onions and garlic. Then I'm going to add some Smash Kitchen Organic Yellow Mustard. I'm going to add some lemon. I'm going to add some Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce. And some Kirkland Black Pepper Grinder. Then I'm going to seal the bag and let it marinate. I've got some potatoes. I'm going to chop them up and put them in a bowl. Then I'm going to add some water. I'm going to add some olive oil to a pot. Then I'm going to add the chicken to the pot. Then I'm going to add the onions and garlic to the pot. Then I'm going to add the potatoes to the pot. Then I'm going to add some water. Then I'm going to cover the pot and let it cook. I'm going to make some rice in my Oster Rice Cooker. Then I'm going to serve the chicken and potatoes with rice. Dinner is served. I love y'all.
