This is the Outlook setting that you need to turn on immediately. Within Outlook, come to file, settings, click on Mail, Compose, and scroll down to Undo Send. Make sure this is turned on for at least 10 seconds so you're not scrambling the next time that you accidentally forget to attach something or you make a typo, or you CC the wrong person. You can increase this up to 30 seconds. There is just a warning if you were to close out of the tab, leave Outlook, your computer shuts down, like that could delay the email. So 10 seconds is a little bit safer. But you know yourself best. If you need those 30 seconds, take those 30 seconds. This has saved me from embarrassing email moments more times than I can count.
