Strict Time Blocking
You cannot do both at the same time. Mornings meant nonprofit work, and afterschool meant academics. By separating my focus, I got my work done faster without burning out. It also helps with giving me an idea of how long I should spend on an assignment. I found that on days I didn't use Google Calendar, I slacked and felt more stressed. That's because your brain is making LESS decisions.
Task Delegation
I stopped tryna do everything myself, despite being a perfectionist at times. I utilized our 50 volunteers to distribute one big project. If a task didn't absolutely require my knowledge, I trained someone else to do it. I trust them, and I always offer feedback!
Minimize Transition Time
I always give this piece of advice because it has been the most helpful to me. I use every free time to get back to people ASAP. For example, during office hours, I would usually be locked in on Slack or emails. Knocking out these easier 5-10min tasks allowed me to focus on academics afterschool.
