Unhinged things I did to achieve my dream life by 25
1. Didn't go on a single date for 4.5 years
My focus through all of my early 20s was entirely & selfishly on myself
So dating didn't cross my mind
2. Dropped out of an Ivy League School with a 4.0 GPA
When I felt the path I was going down didn't feel right,
I decided to leave and re-route at 19
3. Worked 3 minimum wage jobs to pay for my CS degree
I knew education was something I had to invest in early
so I paid for it shift by shift
4. Didn't see friends in-person for 13 months
Getting ready and commuting felt like time I couldn't afford at the time
So I'd only schedule video calls with my friends every few weeks
(I don't recommend this one)
5. Worked 80-100 hrs/week building my businesses
Even when I didn't feel fully "ready", I learned to keep going anyway
and to overcome self-doubt quickly
I'd do almost all of it again
Because that era was the price of my dream life
If you're working hard towards your goals too, know that it will all pay off ❤️
