Why it worked

The video uses relatable humor about hypocrisy in healthy eating habits, combined with quick cuts and reactions to popular junk food items, making it highly shareable and engaging.

Summary

The video humorously contrasts the idea of a friend whose "body is a temple" with their actual unhealthy eating and drinking habits. The creator reacts to images of various junk foods and drinks, indicating they would consume them despite the "body is a temple" label.

Structure

1Introduction of the "body is a temple" friend concept
2Reacting to images of unhealthy food (burger, pizza, donut, nuggets)
3Reacting to images of unhealthy drinks/snacks (Stella Artois, Takis)
4Reacting to Coca-Cola with surprise and denial

Product placement

Stella Artois: it is a brand of beer that the creator says they would drink. Coca-Cola: it is a brand of soda that the creator says they would drink. Takis: it is a brand of chips that the creator says they would smoke.
