What I love most about facial cupping compared to other tools is how it works. PS not all cups are the same (even if they look it) mine are gentle, yet effective and have them in my TT shop 🩷 It gives the skin a gentle lift, and with that we can help unwind muscles and fascia while boosting circulation. = de-puffed look, a softer appearance of fine lines, and a healthy glow. 👏 A skipped part, the chest: the secret anchor to your face. When this area feels tight (hello sitting and slouching), it can create a slight downward pull. Then, in the center of my chest, I flash cup: ✨ squeeze → place on the skin → release → hold for 1 second → squeeze to release → move to the next spot. I jokingly call this my “wrinkle eraser” method because it quickly brings circulation to the area, supporting healthy-looking skin. And when I’m in a pinch and want a quick de-puff? I focus on my neck and under the chin. I like to prep these areas first before moving into the face. Just a simple ritual that honors my skin, one I sprinkle throughout my week.
