Where did the Mac and Cheese of it all come into play? Like at what point in your journey did this kind of help you take off online? Yeah, I mean I've always made Mac and Cheese. Like that was my husband just loves Mac and Cheese. And so that recipe like it honestly did take me like four years to perfect it and my husband is like the reason why I perfected it cuz it's all down to what he likes. Like that's the reason for my Mac and cheese. And it's just like I would make it and I'm like, oh, I want to be like the best. I was like I want this to be the best for new pets. I was like, is this the best mac and cheese you have? He's like, no, it's not the best like I have better. So then I would change it. And I'll be like, okay, I'm going to add evaporated milk instead of like whole milk and I think it's this the best mac and cheese. like not yet. And then it was finally down to like this current mac and cheese and he's like, all right, this is the best. So we can thank my husband and. Um but like how I got all the different variations is like the blossoming, the seasoning, like I'm not saying I'm the first person to do it, but it's like you don't really see that. and Mac and cheese is like blooming seasoning. I got in like South Asia, they bloom their essences for like more flavor. And I got that from my international class and like we got to enhance the butter. So that's why like it's just added more flavor and then I got the mustard, the mustard. One of the restaurants I worked in, we added mustard seeds and I asked the chef was like, why are we adding mustard? like mac and cheese? It was like and the the cheese better and also it just pairs really well with cheese. And so and then like the smoke. I just love smoky things and then the it's a whole thing, but the pasta. I can't remember if it was coloring school or restaurant, but it was a um poster and it was like all the different types of pasta. Like there's Angel hair, spaghetti. And then underneath it was like why this sauce like what's good for this pasta? So, a thick creamy sauce is good for Cavatappi. So, when I say the cream gets on the hole, I'm not trying to be dirty. That's literally like what was underneath the like Cavatappi was because the cream gets on the hole and you can bite into the cream.
