The first time I went viral, it was mac and cheese. Chef Tini wants you to feel more confident in the kitchen. But it wasn't the "viral mac and cheese." I'm going to show you how to make mac and cheese for this holiday season. It was mac and cheese and steak. I asked my husband, who was my boyfriend at the time, I was like, "What do you want to eat for dinner?" And he's like, "Steak and mac and cheese." And during that time I was in culinary school, and I was like, perfect because we're learning how to grill in school right now. So, I'm just going to use my skills that I learned in school. And for some reason, I'm like, let's just film a video. I filmed a video and it got like 14 million views overnight. 10/10. What I'm most looking forward to when my cookbook comes out is just seeing everyone recreate the recipes. And also, people that aren't as confident in the kitchen, I'm excited for them to read this and actually, you know, gain confidence. That's the whole goal of this book.
